Garry started his passion for football at a very young age, he would watch Tottenham training at 11 years old as his uncle was senior first-team kit man.

Garry followed his uncle’s career path and joined Fulham Football Club at the age of 17 where he would look after the first team and Academy players over the next 11 years. Garry joined in the old Division 3 where he went on the Amazing Journey with Fulham to the Premier League accomplishment under Mohammed Al Fayed. Garry worked with hundreds of players these included Luis Saha, Brian Mcbride, Clint Dempsey, Edwin Van Der Sar, Peter Beardsley, Chris Smalling, Andy Cole……

Working over 800 games and travelling worldwide Garry learnt how to cope with real-life everyday pressures of the old and modern football player. Working with top Managers and coaches Garry also learnt how the day to day running of a professional football team was run.

Working with coaches such as Kevin Keegan, Jean Tigana, Chris Coleman, Lawrie Sanchez, Roy Hodgson Garry was able to help on a daily basis and keep a strong relationship with them all still to this day.

In the 2009/10 season, Garry moved down the road to Chelsea Football Club where he was given the job as Senior First Team Kit Manager. Garry went on to win 13 Major Trophies with the team including 2 Champions Leagues 2 Europa Leagues 3 Premier Leagues and 3 FA Cups. 

The Players Garry worked with would be some of the best players in the world to name a few Didier Drogba, Frank Lampard, John Terry, Eden Hazard, Mohamed Salah, Mason Mount……..

Along with the world’s best coaches Jose Mourinho, Carlo Ancelotti, Antonio Conte, Rafa Benitez, Thomas Tuchel…..

Garry joined the team at Sancus Management in November where he has taken up the role of Sporting Director.

Garry will be keeping up relationships with Clubs and Club Officials that he has built up friendships with over the last 23 years and making new relationships for Sancus Management and their growing clients to progress in their careers. Garry will also be looking to recruit new players and staff to the Sancus Family to help build this new-age Football Agency.

Most importantly Garry will be helping players in all aspects of life both on and off the pitch as he has experienced almost everything a footballer can experience and will be passing on knowledge and advice where necessary.

In Garry’s spare time he likes to spend time with his young family and traveling around the world making memories.
